It started with the painting customers. The crew would be in the house for a week, and somewhere around day two the list would come out: a door that stuck, a cracked tile, a shelf that never went up. So the crew did the list.
Twenty-two years on, that is still how it works, except now you do not have to be painting. Send the list, Bill prices it line by line, and the same people who paint and paper the North Shore come and work down it.
No money down, $77 an hour, and if the work is not right, we make it right.

What Premier’s customers say
Google reviews of Premier Painting & Wallpapering, the ones that mention the repairs.
We hired Premier Painting to paint the exterior of our Lynnfield home this Spring, as well as the pool shed. I am very happy we chose Bill and his team to do the work (one of 4 quotes we received). Our house hadn't been painted for close to 10 years and, while it had held up well, it definitely needed it. Our house needed some carpentry repairs, with more surfacing as the house was being prepped. Bill's carpenter Alb… Read the restert was excellent, very thorough and diligent in replacing shingles and window trim in several areas. The painting team, led by Anderson, was tremendous....very thorough in scraping and sanding, as well as re-glazing a good size bay window that really needed it. For finish coat, they use Benjamin Moore High Build, which I saw as a high quality choice. The team was very neat and efficient, completing the job in exactly 2 weeks.I would not hesitate to work with Premier Painting in the future.

When we began thinking about having the exterior of our home painted & repaired, we reached out to an interior painter that we had used a few years prior. Although they did not do exterior, they did connect us with Bill at Premier Painting who promptly replied to us and visited our home to give us an estimate. His price quote was fair and they were able to schedule us in fairly quickly. For the repair work needed,… Read the rest Bill recommended his 'in-house carpenter' Tom Clark, who was also very responsive, knowledgeable and skilled.Throughout the project, Bills crew was thorough, respectful of my family and property and honest. I have zero critiques of the job they did at our home and we could not be more satisfied with the end results.Bills honest business practices, attention to detail, communication and willingness to work within our budget to get the best results were unquestionable.I would recommend Premier Painting to anyone that needs to get their home looking it's best again.Chris C - Gloucester, MA

Prompt contact and scheduling. Crew was professional and polite. They repaired and patched drywall of BR, bath, and hallway, then followed w/painting of walls and ceilings. It was a job well done--would recommend to others.
No. A list of three things is a normal visit, and one thing is fine too: tell us, and we fit it in when the crew is nearby.
Is there anything you do not do?
Work that needs a licensed plumber or electrician, and roofing. If something on your list is one of those, we say so when Bill calls, so nothing is wasted.
Can you paint while you are here?
Yes. This is the painting company. Touch-ups ride along with the repairs, and a bigger paint job gets its own written quote from the same visit.
Do I get a price first?
Yes, in writing, one line per job, before any work starts. If the crew finds something else once they are in, it goes on a new line and is priced before it is done.
Where do you go?
North Shore, Massachusetts, Merrimack Valley, Massachusetts, North and west of Boston, Massachusetts and Seacoast, New Hampshire. The shops are in Danvers, Massachusetts and Seabrook, New Hampshire, so most of the list is within an hour of one of them.
Who buys the materials?
Tell us what you already have. Bill goes through it on the call, and the quote says what we supply and what you do.
